A: The primary difference between these three formulas is the level and number of active ingredients. The Regular Strength formula contains 7% Menthol while the Maximum Strength formula contains 16% Menthol. The Ultra Plus formula contains three active ingredients - 16% Menthol, 10% Methyl Salicylate and 3.1% Camphor.
