What does SPF mean and which one is right for me?
SPF is an acronym for Sun Protection Factor which is a measurement of the degree of sun protection provided by a sunblock. Your skin type is the key factor in determining the appropriate level of sun protection, however, other factors must also be considered such as duration of exposure. The American Cancer Society recommends sunblocks with a SPF of at least 15 or higher.
