Suggested Use

Take 1 caplet 3 times daily shortly before each meal.

Warnings

For adult use only.
Not for use by individuals under 18 years of age.
Do not take more than 6 tablets per day (24 hr).
Do not exceed recommended serving size. Exceeding the recommended serving has not been shown to result in greater effectiveness.
This product contains 100 mg of caffeine per serving (equivalent to approximately one cup of coffee). Individuals who consume caffeine with this product may experience adverse side effects.

Do not use if you

Are pregnant or nursing.
Have high blood pressure.
Have any of the following symptoms: rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, nervousness or other similar symptoms. If any of these occur, stop taking this product and consult a doctor.
Have, or have a family history of any of the following: heart disease, diabetes, glaucoma, or any other disease, except under the supervision of a doctor.

Any other dietary supplement or any product containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, synephrine, or phenylpropanolamine (ingredients that may be in certain allergy, asthma, cough/cold and weight control products).
