Do not take more than 2 caplets per day (24 hr).
Do not exceed recommended serving size. Exceeding the recommended serving may cause serious adverse side effects. Exceeding the recommended serving has not been shown to result in greater effectiveness.
This product contains a total of 50mg of caffeine (less than one-half cup of coffee) per caplet.

Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.

Are sensitive to the effects of caffeine. it is advisable to reduce consumption of products containing caffeine while taking this product.
